Customer:  Shankster Aircraft, Inc.

Program:  Preliminary design of a high performance utility airplane capable of operating out of extreme back-country locations.  The airplane is designed to be suitable for short and/or rough field operations such as encountered by hunting guides, game wardens, forestry resources managers, fire-fighting controllers, etc.

The fuselage is slated to be constructed of a tube/fabric combination, while the wing and empennage are to be all composite.

Status:  The preliminary design effort has been completed as has the structural design of the wing.  Fabrication of the prototype is anticipated to commence in 2005.
